What Katie Did accepts one exchange/return from each order. Should an order be returned more than once for an exchange it will be refunded.
Original shipping will not be refunded unless due to an error on our part.

We offer a no-nonsense returns policy of 30 days from receipt of your items.
Please use our Royal Mail returns hub below where you can:
print out a returns label and pop in a postbox
or, take a QR code to a Royal Mail post office where a label will be printed and applied for you
or, arrange for a free collection from your address
If you use our Royal Mail returns hub £3.99 will be deducted from your refund to subsidise the return postage.
You can also return using your own method of choice. Simply send the items back to us at What Katie Did, Unit 8 The Old Mill, 61 Reading Road, Pangbourne, Berkshire, RG8 7HY UK. Please include your full name, address and email address. We recommend using a tracked service.

If you use our Fedex returns hub £10.00 will be deducted from your refund to subsidise the return shipping.

Sale items are not valid for a subsidised return label and do have to be returned at your own cost.
Returns Policy: Overseas
We offer a no-nonsense returns policy of 6 weeks from receipt of your items. Return postage costs for exchanges and refunds are your responsibility.
Please note that we are only able to exchange for the same item in a different size. It is not possible to exchange for another item.
Lingerie Returns
Returned lingerie must be unworn, unwashed, and retain all its labels and tags. Please try all underwear on over your own underwear.
Hosiery Returns
Due to the delicate nature of hosiery, we are unable to exchange or refund any stockings or tights once they have been opened.
Incorrect/Faulty Items
If you have received a faulty or incorrect item please contact us at mailorder@whatkatiedid.com before returning your item.
Vouchers & Gift With Purchase
Vouchers: If you are using a voucher code (either percentage or fixed amount) and return part of an order for a refund the voucher refund amount will be spread over the entire order, not just the item you have returned. For example, if you have purchased two items costing £50 each and used a £10 voucher the total paid will be £90. Should you return one item, the refund will be for £45 as the voucher will be split between both items. The same applies if you purchase two items costing £50 each and use a 10% off voucher.
Gift with Purchase. If you receive a gift with purchase (with the exception of our magazine) and then decide to return, the cost of the gift will be deducted from your refund if it is not included with your return.

You can find your returns form on the back of the delivery note enclosed with your order.

How Long?
You will receive an email to let you know your return has been processed, please allow 7 working days plus shipping time.
Distance Selling Act
Underwear is exempt from the Consumer Contracts Regulations.
