Sheer, smooth, 15 denier point heel fully fashioned stockings by British brand Charnos.

The colour is a light to mid skintone called 'Mist.

Featuring 'ladderstops'.

At a guess I would date these to late 1960s, early '70s. 

At a size 10, these stockings should officially fit a UK foot size 6, US foot size 8, Euro foot size 39. These nylons are a newer vintage so I would expect them to have a more modern fit to be worn higher on the leg than stockings made in the 1950s.
