The belt is very sturdy. I like having three larger metal clips on each leg.

These are wonderful gloves, made from substantial, stretchy lace. They are going to round out my 50s wardrobe nicely.

I have a few different cinchers and this is by far my favorite--the most comfortable for my short self. The others I have go down over my hips and end up digging into my skin or rolling up, but this one is great for shorter girls like I (sez Marilyn!). I love the beautiful color and fabric, too, and it's less restricting than the latex ones I have. I have it in two colors depending on whether I'm prioritizing comfort or the smallest possible waist.

I have worn it countless times already and have received tonnes of compliments. It is needless to say that I am obsessed! Super comfortable and really gives that dramatic waist definition!
