As I am sure you are aware, a lot of thought and discussion has gone into the decision to reopen our boutiques following the Covid-19 lockdown. We just wanted to let you know that the safety & well-being of our customers and staff are at the forefront of every decision made.

Here are some of the changes we have implemented:

No more than one customer (or two people who are together) will be permitted in the boutique at any one time. Use of our new booking system is advised to avoid disappointment or delays!

There will be a hand sanitising station at the door for use upon entering the boutique.

All customers will be required to wear a face mask.

Our ever friendly ladies in the boutique will be there to give you the same great level of service as always, they just may stand slightly further away from you!

We will have one fitting room available, this will be cleaned/sanitised between customers.

If you require assistance with a fitting (corset lacing for example) one of our ladies will be happy to help, using a mask/visor and gloves when in close proximity to you.

Any items that have been tried on will be steamed/cleaned before being made available back on the shop floor.

Our counter will have a perspex screen for the protection of both customers and staff.

All surfaces and touch points will be cleaned/sanitised between customers.

We would like to assure you that we will be making every effort to make you not only feel gorgeous and glamorous, but safe too!! xx
