US Customers
Due to ongoing US import tariffs, we’re currently unable to reclaim the full tariffs and paid on returned orders. We had hoped this would be a short-term situation, but as tariffs are now expected to continue, we unfortunately can no longer absorb these costs.
For US customers only, orders placed after 1st February 2026 will be subject to a restocking fee if refunded. Alternatively, we’re very happy to offer store credit for the full order value of the items returned, which never expires.

Lingerie & Clothing
Returned lingerie must be unworn, unwashed, and retain all its labels and tags. Please try all underwear on over your own underwear
Hosiery
Due to the delicate nature of hosiery, we are unable to exchange or refund any stockings or tights once they have been opened.
Returns Portal
When using our returns portal you have the choice of using our shipping partners or sending back using a method of your own choice. Full details in our FAQs.
Returns Label
Once you have raised a returns label you have two weeks to use it before it expires after which you will have to contact us to raise a new one.

Please do read our returns FAQs especially if you are returning from outside the UK and wish to return using your own postal method as opposed to our What Katie Did Fedex account.
UK Customers
Returns are made via Royal Mail. £3.99 will be deducted from your refund to cover the return shipping. You are also welcome to shop back using your own method or drop back to our warehouse in person.
We offer both returns and exchanges for UK customers.
You can exchange for a different item and request for it to be shipped immediately.
EU Customers
Returns are made via Fedex. £10.50 will be deducted from your refund to cover the return shipping.
You are also welcome to shop back using your own method. However we are unable to issue refunds for duties if you choose to do so as they are linked to our Fedex account.
Please ensure that your parcel is marked clearly as returned goods. If What Katie Did is charged import duty on the return this will be deducted from your refund.

A restocking fee of 25% will be deducted for returns made by studios and B2B purchasers on our retail site.

Returns are made via Fedex. £19.99 will be deducted from your refund to cover the return shipping.
You are also welcome to shop back using your own method. However we are unable to issue refunds for duties if you choose to do so as they are linked to our Fedex account.
