All orders are shipped with tracking so please note that your order might require a signature on receipt.

We are happy to deliver to a business address if that is more convenient for you.

Important Update for US Customers

Due to ongoing US import tariffs, we’re currently unable to reclaim the full tariffs and paid on returned orders. We had hoped this would be a short-term situation, but as tariffs are now expected to continue, we unfortunately can no longer absorb these costs.

For US customers only, orders placed after 1st February 2026 will be subject to a restocking fee if refunded. Alternatively, we’re very happy to offer store credit for the full order value, which never expires.

We ship everything from our UK headquarters where we also answer your queries, shoot our products and even design them: everything is in house.

Shipping DDP

We ship 'DDP' if you are outside the UK. There are no duties, tariffs or taxes to pay on receipt: guaranteed.

Shipping Partners

For UK customers we ship by Royal Mail 48, or Fedex.

For overseas customers we ship via Fedex.

We’ll always send your order promptly, and most parcels arrive without a hitch.

Very occasionally, international shipments can be delayed in customs, which is unfortunately beyond our control, but this is rare.
PO Boxes

We do not ship to PO Boxes as Fedex require a signature on delivery.
Returns
