Your order is shipped from our UK HQ 'DDP' duty and tariffs included. There is nothing extra to pay on receipt, guaranteed (with the exception of Italy which have introduced a 2 Euro fee per order to be paid by the recipient on receipt)

Order before 1pm UK time (Monday to Friday excluding Bank Holidays) for same day shipping.
UK: choose from Royal Mail (2 working days) or Fedex (1-2 working days)
Outside UK: we use Fedex as our shipping partner for speed and security.
US: 4 business days
EU: 2-4 business days
Rest of World: 1-5 business days
Business days are classed as Monday to Friday.
