Orders placed before 1pm (UK time) are mailed the same afternoon (Monday to Friday). Please note that your order might require a signature on receipt. We are happy to deliver to a work address if that is more convenient for you.

Shipping times are not guaranteed. Items shipped outside the UK can occasionally be held up in customs for a considerable time, we have no control over this.
Duty and Taxes
USA - orders under $800 will incur no import duty or taxes on receipt.
Australia - orders under AUD$900 will incur no import duty or taxes on receipt.
EU -
Orders under Euro 150 include VAT and duty so there is nothing extra to pay on receipt,
Orders over Euro 150 will be charged both VAT and duty on receipt, so please split your order if possible.
Shipping: Import Duty for Customers Outside the EU
Please be aware that if you live outside of the EU, you may be charged duty. VAT (20%) is taken off when you put in a none EU address when checking out, but you will might be charged duty when the item is imported into your country. It is your responsibility to pay for any import duty and fees.
Most countries have sensible duty levels allowing you to import items valued at up to a few hundred dollars without incurring import fees. However, there's always a few exceptions to the rule, Canada in particular has a very low duty level and there will be duty to pay on receipt. Duty levels can vary significantly and are applied to the total invoice including shipping, so please check with your country's Customs and Excise office to find out more.
