The easiest way to find out about your order or return is to use the order/returns status button at the top of the page. Even if you don't have an account you can still look up your order as long as you have your order number and will be able to see its' status.

Should you still need to contact us after looking up your order and reading the returns guide in our Shopping info page, you can telephone us on 1 877 221 2472 (10am-6pm Tuesday through Saturday PST), email firstname.lastname@example.org or connect via livechat.
If you prefer to telephone us to place your order the number you need is 1 877 221 2472 . You can place your order between 10am and 6pm Tuesday through Saturday. We don't use call centres and your order will be taken by one of our team who knows each of our pieces indepth, so if you have any questions please don't hesitate to ask.
By some of our lingerie you will see a note saying 'Allow 3 Extra Business Days For Shipping'. These items are available in our main warehouse, but are not in our Burbank boutique where we ship all of online orders from. The 3 extra business days covers the time we ship from our main warehouse, to our Burbank boutique, before shipping on to you.
The short answer is that we acccept items back if returned within 30 days with more leeway around Christmas. Lingerie must be returned 'as new' with tags attached and hosiery must be unopened. Our full returns policy can be found here.
If you do receive a defective item please contact Sarah (email@example.com) before returning, especially if you are outside the UK. She'll be able to come up with a quick and easy solution for you.

Everything is packaged discreetly so nobody in your office will know!
Everything (with the exception of our Hollywood Mules) is shipped by USPS Priority with full tracking information which will be emailed to you.
Unfortunately our Hollywood Mules do not fit in to USPS Priority packaging so are sent by regular USPS post.
Although we offer an expedited shipping service (again by USPS) this is only a day or so faster so unless it really is an emergency we recommend you stick with standard shipping. We aim to orders placed before noon PST (for items that are in stock) the same afternoon Tuesday to Friday.
You can check out as a guest. You can still look up your order by entering your email address and order number by clicking Order/Returns Status button at the top of the page.
Should you forget your password, and not want to wait to reset it, you can check out as a guest, even if you have an account.
Simply log into your account (one is automatically set up for you when you subscribe to our newsletters), or if you are logged in, hover over the Account button at the top of the page. You can then amend your subscription.
If you have never set up a password simply visit our reset password page and one will be emailed through to you. Alternatively you can unsubscribe by clicking the unsubscribe button on every email.
When you sign up for our newsletter an account is automatically set up for you. If you have a few moments you can visit our reset password page and a new one will be emailed over. You can then shop as an account holder and earn rewards points. Alternatively you can simply check out as a guest and finalise your account details later should you wish.
We have gone into a lot of detail in our sizing pages and advise you to check them out before contacting us. Should you need to contact us with further queries you'll be pleased to know that as a small company we don't use call centres and you'll be talking to someone who is very familiar with the styles and fit our both our lingerie and corsets.

We don't produce a catalogue as keeping everything up to date is so much easier on a website. We do, however, publish a magazine 3 times a year which includes our latest products, amazing photography and topical features. You can order a copy of our magazine here.
We don't do full bespoke corsets or lingerie.
Corsets: we have a 'Design Your Own Corset' page where you can select any of our corset shapes and choose from any of the fabrics we carry. Turnaround time for a corset from our 'Design Your Own Corset' page is approximately 4 weeks plus shipping time. The cost for one of these corsets is little more than a standard corset as all of our corsets are made by hand.
Lingerie: it is possible to make our current lingerie in any of the sizes we currently carry, in any of the lingerie fabrics we carry. Delivery for made to order lingerie is 8-10 weeks, and the price is 50% more than the standard price.
Using Your Own Fabrics: It is possible to supply fabric to be made into the lingerie or corset of your choice, depending on its' suitability. The additional cost of supplying your own fabric will be considerable as it will need to be fedexed to one of our factories overseas. It is not possible to make our 'made in England' Liz lingerie using your own fabric at present.

The majority of our shoots take place in Reading, Berkshire, UK, although we do occasionally shoot in Los Angeles.
The sample sizes for our fashion ranges are 32C and 32DD, dress size UK 10, US 6.
We reshoot our Classic Ranges periodically. Models can be a variety of sizes for our continuity ranges.
