Do you still have your physical store in London or L.A?

We have closed down both of our shops and now work only online. We understand this minimises the interaction between us and you and your ability to physically browse our items, but if you have any questions or concerns please do give us a call.

Are you going to make plus sizes?

We hope to somewhere in the near future! The reason we don't is because the demand for plus size lingerie is much smaller than the quantities needed for us to order from our factories.

Do you do gift vouchers?

We do not sell gift vouchers as credit card companies insist on having an expiry date of one year from purchase and we've found from experience that vouchers are often put in a safe place for some time!

We are happy to recommend pieces as a gift and have a generous returns policy should the item not be suitable.

If I've bought some items that are in stock and pre-ordered, will they be sent separately or together?

We can send them to you separately or all together, which ever you prefer but we will only send them out separately when we are contacted. If you don't reach out after your order, we will send all items once your pre-order item is back in stock.

How do I find out when an item will be back in stock?

The date of when your item is back in stock should be on the product description but if not, do email or give us a call to find out when your item will be back in stock.

If there's a problem with the website or I don't know how to navigate it, how do I order?

Give us a call! We still take orders over the phone and this is a great way to ask any questions or voice any concerns while shopping!


Account Queries (Retail)

We moved to a new website platform on 1st December 2017. If your last order was before this date, you will have to set up a new account.

Alternatively you can check out as a guest.

If you have forgotten your password you can request to set up a new one. An email will be sent to the email address linked to your account. If no account is found, it means you have not set up an account with us yet.


Account Queries (Wholesale)

To see wholesale prices you do need to log in to your wholesale account.

It is not possible to use the same email address for both wholesale and retail accounts.

Where do you deliver to?

The UK.

We ship to the following countries outside Europe:

USA, Australia, Canada, Greenland, Hong Kong, Iceland, Japan, New Zealand, South Africa and the UAE.

We ship to the following countries in Europe:

Austria, Belgium, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czechia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Gibraltar, Greece, Vatican City, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland.
If you don't see your country above, we do not ship there unforunately.

What's your processing time?

If you order before 2pm and your item is in stock, we can have you rorder out the same day but if you order after 2pm, it'll be the next working day. If your item isn't in stock, please refer back to the product you've ordered and the date of which it'll be back in stock should be on the page. It'll either be that day or the next working day!

Where is my order? What has DHL/Royal Mail done with my order?

We are happy to help you in any way we can but essentially, when your parcel leaves our HQ it is out of our hands. If you find that you haven't received your parcel and you have all the necessary information such as your tracking number, your first point of contact should be either Royal Mail or DHL.

How do I return an item?

If you're in the UK, you should recieve a label in your parcel. If you're in the U.S, you should receive a QR code that will take you to a portal to get a free returns label. If you are in any other part of the world, returns are left up to you and we recommend sending your parcel tracked.
