1930s Sheer Lounging Robe Peach

Lounge like a Hollywood starlet in our full-length sheer robe with 1930s-style butterfly sleeves. Made from semi-sheer georgette in the softest shade of peach and trimmed with matching peach satin, this glamorous full-length robe evokes the glamour of times past.

Our 1930s full length sheer robe has a wrap style with a self tie belt and is available in three sizes. Designed to swish around your ankles, it measures approximately 57.5” (146cm) from the back of your neck to floor.

The semi sheer georgette and satin trim are both made from 100% polyester. The satin is the same satin we use for our CC09 French knickers, making these two, as mentioned before, a beautiful pair! 

This beautiful sheer robe is made ethically in India in our main family-owned lingerie factory.

Be careful with sizing

It's beautiful but far too small. I'm normally a dress size 10 and have WKD pieces in that size, but the size 8/10 robe is about 4" too small at the waist. It only needs to fit on the waist and that is the critical size with this product not having any stretch at all. If it's too small it looks wrong - it has to wrap over. I wish the waist size had been indicated not the dress size. I'm no longer sure what to order. I'd say it's quite long - I'm 5'8" (173cm) and it is almost touching the floor.

Check waist size carefully (also length)

The item is beautiful but was too small for me. I'm always a UK10, and have size 10 lingerie from WKD but this was 6-8" too small on the waist. There is zero give in the fabric and it really needs to wrap over to look good. The waist on the item is a little higher than my natural waist, so is sitting on my ribs, which is one reason.
Also it's quite long. I'm 5'8" at it was just about 1" from the floor which I think will be a problem for those below 5'6" unless wearing heels.
