A customer asked us recently if they were 'calling a call centre, or someone who can help'. We are a small company and if you call us you will be talking to someone who knows our products inside and out. If you have any queries or would like to order by telephone please call us on 0845 430 8743.

Your calls will be taken by head office 9am to 5.30pm Monday to Friday, at weekends they will be directed to our London boutique which is open 10am to 6pm on Saturday and 12noon to 6pm on Sunday.

We have a live stock control system on the site so you can see exactly what is in stock at time of ordering. We aim to keep all products in stock, although some corsets are to order only. Information about delivery times for 'to order' items can be found by the product.

We aim to despatch orders within 24 hours of receiving them (Monday to Friday) and delivery times are as follows.

UK - 2 to 3 working days
Europe - 3 to 7 working days
Rest of the World 7 to 10 working days

UK items are sent by 1st class post, with orders over £40 being sent using Recorded Delivery, and orders over £100 being sent using Special Delivery.

Overseas orders are sent by airmail.

Next day delivery is possible for UK orders. Please telephone us if you require this service.
