Ordering by telephone
If you have any queries or would like to order by telephone please call us on 0845 430 8743. Our offices are open 9am to 5.30pm Monday to Friday, 10am to 6pm on Saturday and 12noon to 6pm on Sunday. We do not use call centres: your call will be answered by someone who really does know our products inside and out.

Stock Availability
We have a live stock control system on the site which can be accessed by clicking the 'availability' button under each product. As we have orders coming in on a daily basis it's not possible to show the exact dates of when stock is arriving and we err on the side of caution with our predicted arrival dates so if you are after something which is out of stock it's always worth emailing us as you could well be lucky.

Firstly, and most importantly, apart from made to order items we aim to keep everything in stock. Most of the items we carry are manufactured by us, enabling us to keep enough stock for demand. Unfortunately we have little control over outside manufacturers and when we do stock them you can bet your bottom dollar that it is worth waiting for - otherwise they would have been given the chop! Your card is not charged until your order is despatched. If you need an item for a particular date please let us know.

Delivery Times
We aim to despatch orders within 24 hours of receiving them so you can expect to receive your order within 2/3 working days in the UK, 3/7 days in Europe and 7/10 days for the rest of the world.

UK items are generally sent by 1st class post, with orders over £40 being sent using Recorded Delivery, and orders over £100 being sent using Special Delivery.

Overseas orders are generally sent by airmail.

Next day delivery is possible for UK orders. Please telephone us if you require this service.
