We e have two levels of postage, Small order and Standard Order. A small order postage fee applies to all orders under £30.

UK - Small order £1.50, Standard order £3.50

Europe - Small order £2.50, Standard order £5.00

Rest of the World - Small order £4.00, Standard order £10.00

If you live outside of Europe you may be charged duty. Most countries have sensible duty levels allowing you to import items valued at up to a couple of hundred pounds without incurring duty. However, there's always the exception and Scandinavia and Canada get the fuzzy end of the lollipop in this case. Each country has it's own duty levels so please check with customs and excise to find out yours if you are outside the UK.

Please note that if you order a large item such as a corset it will be sent by recorded delivery and will not fit through your letterbox! We are quite happy to send items to a work address but do require the billing address of your credit card to process your order.

All of our orders are sent in plain packaging with no mention of What Katie Did on the box or envelope. Should you forget you ordered and slice open your envelope in a public place, each order is wrapped in black tissue paper which should alert you!
