We offer a no nonsense refund or exchange
policy for all of our goods returned in as new condition (i.e., unworn
or in the case of hosiery, unopened), with the exception of demi couture
corsets. Unfortunately, due to the delicate
nature of hosiery we are unable to exchange or refund any stockings,
hold ups or tights once they have been opened. If you are unhappy with
your order in any way please let us know, even if you have opened the
packet as we may be able to help.
Firstly, let us define a demi couture
corset: if you can find the corset you like on our website or in our
boutique, put it in a shopping basket and purchase it, then it is not
demi couture. You can return it for a refund or an exchange like the
rest of our products. It doesn't matter if the corset is out of stock or
to order only - if you can put it in your shopping basket you can return
it no questions asked!
Our demi couture corsets are corsets that
you have made an amendment on, contacted us for a quote and asked us to
make up just for you. Say you'd like our Sophia corset in cornflower
blue but with a pink edge instead of the normal black - that's classed
as demi couture.
As demi couture corsets are non returnable
(unless faulty - in which case you are entitled to a full refund or an
exchange: the choice is yours) we advise you only to order one if you
are familiar with the shape and styling of our corsets.
Items
should be returned within 30 days (or 6 weeks if you ordered from
overseas). We extend our returns period at Christmas and
Valentine's Day. Any orders placed from 15th November can be returned up
until 31st January, and any orders placed from 15th January can be
returned up until 31st March.
Please obtain a Certificate or postage
(available free from the Post Office) for all returns so that we can
complete your request in the event of items being lost in transit. You
should keep this certificate until you have received your refund or
replacement.
Please send your return via a prepaid,
insured, traceable method, marking your package clearly as 'returned
goods' to avoid delays at Customs. Please retain your shipping
documentation, so that we can complete your request in the event of
items being lost in transit.
A returns form is enclosed with all orders.
