We offer a no nonsense refund or exchange policy for all of our goods returned in as new condition (i.e., unworn or in the case of hosiery, unopened). Unfortunately, due to the delicate nature of hosiery we are unable to exchange or refund any stockings, hold ups or tights once they have been opened. If you are unhappy with your order in any way please let us know, even if you have opened the packet as we may be able to help.

Return Times
Items should be returned within 30 days (or 6 weeks if you ordered from overseas).  We extend our returns period at Christmas and Valentine's Day. Any orders placed from 15th November can be returned up until 31st January, and any orders placed from 15th January can be returned up until 31st March.

UK Returns
Please obtain a Certificate or postage (available free from the Post Office) for all returns so that we can complete your request in the event of items being lost in transit. You should keep this certificate until you have received your refund or replacement.

Overseas Returns
Please send your return via a prepaid, insured, traceable method, marking your package clearly as 'returned goods' to avoid delays at Customs. Please retain your shipping documentation, so that we can complete your request in the event of items being lost in transit.

Returns Form
