* 1950s inspired Cone Bra, a great easy-fit alternative to a bullet bra
* Gives a conical 1950s shape, not as extreme as a bullet bra making it great for every day wear
* Soft cup with sheer organza at top, powermesh at the sides and back
* Co-ordinates perfectly with the rest of our peach and black satin lingerie: mix and match
* Made from satin 100% polyester, powermesh 88% polyamide 12% spandex
Our Cone Bra, like our bullet bra, is adapted from a vintage pattern. The shape this bra gives you is undoubtably 1950s, but not quite as pointy as a circle stitch bullet bra. Think of this as an every day retro bra for when you don't want to cause too much mayhem!
The Cone Bra features high quality powermesh at the sides and back. The bra it was inspired from was made of plain white cotton and finished quite high on the chest, we've made our version a little saucier adding sheer organza at the top of the cup.
I usually wear a 32D in non vintage bras. With the help of the WKD chat staff I went with a 34C. It's snug. I am guessing a 36C would be better and more comfortable. This bra is a minimizer, it makes my usual D boobs look more like a B. The shape is phenomenal and not pointy at all. The bra lifts and creates a perky look. The peach is gorgeous and well made.

Love this bra, fits well and is comfy , I take a 38DD in a modern bra and bought a 38DD in this bra, I have to add a bra extender on it as non of my WKD bras are big enough on the band they fit smaller than a modern bra, it's just right with the extender on, looks nice and isn't as extreme as the bullet bra.

I decided to get this bra after I found out the Kate longline bra didn't fit for me properly. With the help of WKD staff I exchanged it into this and they sent my order super fast to Finland (they sent it right after they got it on Thursday and I had it on Tuesday). I already had a well fitting Gwendoline bra and I love the shape, so I needed more. This Cone Bra looks similar at first glance, but feels surprisingly slightly smaller than it's sister. The cups are really close to each other and because of that, the side part of my boobs don't fit in the cup like they do perfectly with Gwendoline. It might be because I've already worn the Gwendoline for some time, or then this bra is simply slightly smaller. The side boning is very uncomfortable and after wearing the bra for a few hours I can't wear it the next day, because my rib cage becomes really sore.
I wear a 34B and it's a bit on the small size due to the placement of the cups. Regardless of the less perfect fit I still love my bra and wear it as much as I can without needing to medicate myself for "chest pain" :D

I visited the London boutique originally for a bullet bra, but left the shop fitted with the cone bra. Its so comfortable to wear throughout the day, very soft around the bust-line but with sturdy support that really enhances shape, especially under vintage frocks, sweaters or cardigans. The attention to detail is very thorough and it matches well with Maitresse and Harlow knickers.

It broke my heart when the CC09 bra didn't run in my size, however thankfully the Cone Bra is more accomodating the bustier of us. The silhouette gives the soft point I was looking for for an authentic vintage look, as well as being very comfortable and high quality. I have been wearing mine every day for one or two years now and there has been no change in strength or stretch from when I first bought them.

What a gorgeous bra, I love this one! I struggled with the fit/shape of the bullet bra, but this one works perfectly for me. The sizing is the same for me as in the Glamour style, and it fits really well. Hooray for pretty underwear :)

Very pretty bra. Love the silhouette from the side, just pointy enough to make anybody feel like a goddess, and the low half-circle dip in the back is so lovely. It looks a little strange from the front; I bought this in a 34F, (I'm a 32DDD at say Victorias Secret) and I think that if I buy another bra I may size up to 36 or even 38 because the skin around puffs out and looks pooky. Aside from the skin puffing pookiness, it's really a gorgeous bra and I love wearing it under high-cut tops. Even though it's not historically accurate, I like to wear this under a peasant blouse. Or a shirtwaist, which is historically accurate.

After reading some of the reviews I was unsure of which size to get (I'm a 34D in Glamour but 32DD in the Cathedral) I used the live chat to ask for advice and went with the 34D. Its spot on for me, great fit and so comfortable. I've got my eye on getting the black one now too.

My underbust: 30 inches
Fullest bust: 34 inches
Usual bra size: 32D-DD
I bought this in a 32DD, and it fits marvelously! I usually buy unlined/lace bras to get a more natural breast shape, but this bra is so much better than anything I've ever worn! The price is 100% worth it. It is so comfortable that I completely forgot that I was wearing it until my boyfriend asked "Darling, are you wearing that pointy bra of yours again?" Why, yes I am!
There's no underwire, but I have more support with this than I've ever had with anything else. Do yourself a favor and try one on ASAP! I'll be heading back to buy this in beige. :) I pair it with their spiral boned waspie and a vintage girdle to complete the vintage look.

Ordered this bra in an AUS12FF mostly because the one I really wanted, the cc09 40's one, didn't come in a big enough cup size. Not disappointed with the fit because I'm not really sure what I was expecting, but it's a bit "meh". That said, the advice I got on fitting was excellent and the band fits really well and the cup size is good. I guess maybe I was expecting a slightly perkier point, not a point that kind of points sightly downwards. It looks absolutely gorgeous with the harlow suspender belt and looks really great with nothing over the top of it, but it's a bit "meh" as soon as I put clothes on over the top. It will do the job and is still better underneath late 40's clothing than a modern bra is, but it's not as great as I was expecting and I think if I wasn't in Australia, I'd probably be returning it. It's alright, but a bit meh.

I wanted to be wowed and love this bra-but, alas it just hasn't hit the mark. I am between a size 36DD and 38DD and decided to go for the larger-so glad I did as this bra runs very small. I also feel that the build of the bra means corners have been cut-the sides are much more narrow than my other cone and bullet bras purchased elsewhere. I just feel a little sad about this as it puts me off of buying another bra-or anything for that matter.

I had very high hopes for this bra. I love the fit of the Triumph Doreen and wanted something like it that was a bit sexier. WKD customer services suggested that the fit and sizes are similar so I ordered two with great excitement! Sadly; they fit nothing like a Doreen... I purchased it in my usual 34F and it was so small I could barely get it on both the underneath measurement and the cups. So desperate was I to have it that after further advice I purchased the biggest size you had available and alas that doesn't fit either. Your 36 fits like my usual 34 but the F cups fit more like a DD - way too small. So I've wasted around £10 on shipping and am left with nowt. MrsTuft 11/2/15

OMG is all I have to say! I ordered this because I am in love with vintage lingerie... but little did I know I was about to get the best, most supportive bra I have EVER owned!!!! Im a busty gal (36DD) and I cant wear button up blouses without wearing a tank top underneath with a few of the buttons undone. Well... after getting the cone bra I tried on some of my favorite shirts and presto! I could button them up to the top!!! This bra literally separates and holds your breasts and yet is comfy at the same time. Gives you a distinct vintage look under clothing as well without putting someones eye out. Great Job WKD!!!

I recently bought this bra in black 36E. I usually wear a 36DDD/E size in modern bras, sometimes a DD when I'm at the lower end of my normal weight range. Unfortunately this bra was just a bit too small, it cuts into my cleavage at the top and my breasts spill out the sides a little. I'm keeping it because I think it will fit great when I lose a few pounds, however if I buy again, I will definitely get a size up - the 36F.

The photos do not do this bra justice!! This is the most gorgeous and comfortable bra ever. The cup shape is perfect--modified bullet shape that is not too extreme. Super comfy, and absolutely to-die-for gorgeous in peach. I hope they produce more designs in this style--superb!
Saeran, 07 Sep 2014
Really comfortable bra, and surprisingly pretty on, though due to the shape it's obviously not suitable for wear under a very scooped or low square neckline unless you don't mind the organza trim peeping out! I would agree with some of the other comments that the cup size is maybe a bit smaller than average - the 34FF fits me as opposed to my normal 34F.

This bra is perfection! Fits exactly true to size and extremely comfortable. So impressed with the fit and the fabric. Excellent everyday bra! If it came in more colors I would purchase every single one.
missstephanie, 03 Jun 2014
Wow! I received this bra in peach today and it is perfect! Very supportive for us bigger busted gals. The lack of wire is a dream! Will definitely be buying another. Service from wkd was brilliant. My enquiries were answered very quickly and delivery was fast. Thank you!

This bra is my HG! I only wish it came in more colors! Its so comfortable and pretty, and looks great under vintage and modern clothes.
darlingtonia, 18 Feb 2014
I was so happy when I saw you made this bra in my size, EU 75 H. But when I got it it turned out to be way too small. Equal to maybe a 75 F. I was very disappointed and won't be buying anything more from WKD.
Tillnina, 20 Aug 2013
Recently got this baby in peach, already had the black, it is soooo comfy and pretty! I did go down a back size this time (from 38C to 36D) and I find it to be a better fit. I would like to second whoanellie's coy suggestion to make this in the eau de nil colour, that would be divine!
Gigi, 08 Jul 2013
I love this bra! I was lucky enough to win it in last month's competition and I will definitely be buying more. I agree with the other ladies that it is very comfortable and gives a lovely shape, the only criticism I could make is that I already have to do it up on the tightest fastening, would WKD consider making it in a 30" back size?
\'Ouizie, 21 May 2013
Oh my, this is going to be my bra that's "the one"! You know the type, you love everything about it and want to buy 10 more in case they ever stop being produced. If WKD made it in their eau de nil color, I think I might perish from excitement. It gives an amazing 40s shape and is comfy. And unlike the Clarice bra, the seaming doesn't come to a point (making a tiny wrinkle), so you can wear it under anything from thin to thick. Spot on vintage perfection! Amazing!
whoanellie, 16 May 2013
Wonderfully comfortable, amazing silhouette and perfect for summer - recently took the peach on holiday and this shape and fit, sans wires, is brilliant for my breasts for those occasions when a bikini under clothes is just too casual. I would recomend you go the WKD shop for a fitting if you can as those ladies really know their stuff - the particular shape, position and size of your unfettered breasts make a significant impact on any bra you try and without help, its tempting to follow old habits and in the process, miss out on some beautiful underwear.

My gorgeous spouse has one and loves it. She's a difficult fit in bullet bras but this one fits her like a dream! And she wears it often; sometimes under a sweater and blazer, or if discretion is important, under a loose-fitting top. Bravo WKD!
Seleena_K, 11 Apr 2013
I LOVE this bra. We are going to elope and have not-quite-so-pointed babies.
As a larger cup size, I am probably never going to brave going all-out bullet, but this bra gives enough unmistakeable vintage oomph, without taking one's eye out. The fully elasticated underband gives me the security of support sometimes lacking with the CC09, and I don't miss the underwire. The combination of satin and mesh means it can match 90% of black lingerie items in my wardrobe (including Maitresse).
Comfortable, supportive, great fit, glamorous and excellent value for money. Why haven't you bought this already?
danilouprec, 08 Apr 2013
I had gone to WKD with it fixed in my mind that I wanted a bullet bra. Unfortunately, any that I tried on didn't look quite right. It was then suggested that I try the Cone bra, and lo and behold - it was perfect! The shape was actually more what I wanted than I could ever have got with the bullet bra, and I'm just so pleased I tried it on. Even though I knew a peach version was in the works (which is really what I wanted) I quickly snapped up the black version, because it created just such a lovely shape. Well done WKD!
Ginger Fizz, 05 Apr 2013
Wow! I emailed What Katie Did for advice about a minimiser bra, since my size is no longer being sold in Australia. The cone bra style was suggested, and I must say it is fantastic! Not as pointy as the bullet bra, but actually seems to minimise while giving a fantastic shape. Cup sizes run slightly small (luckily I'm usually in between a D and a DD cup, so the DD fits perfectly!). I will definitely be buying more of these!
Michelle Threefold, 03 Apr 2013
i love it, my boyfriend loves it, nuff said!
KatrinaPascale, 03 Apr 2013
My new favourite bra! I am small busted, and this gives my breasts a really nice definition without trying to force them in to an unattural shape. I feel it gives me a silhouette more true to how I really look like, it is simply beautiful! I think I need one in another colour.
isond, 10 Jan 2013
Perfect in every way-I simply don't want to take it off. It's comfortable, not too pointy and the fit is superb.
