Last Monday saw the week get off to a festive start for the boutique ladies with the Dr. Sketchy Christmas Special.  As Slinky Sparkles, Mam’Zelle Maz, Ruka Johnson and Clare Marie have all graced the Dr. Sketchy stage it was only right that our newest WKD lady Ellie pose for those pencils.  Hosted by Dr. Sketchy headmistress and armed with a glass of wine in hand, Clare started the night with some drawing tips, challenges and scribbling to get everyone loosened up before 1st model Ruka  from Sugarlesque took her position.  Ruka certainly striked more than a pose by striking a match off her knickers to light a candle... this really isn’t your average life drawing class.

Next up, dressed in her WKD finest Ellie took to the stage for her modelling début. Posing like a pro in Corset and heels, I don’t think this will be her last time in the spotlight.  Maz from press was in the audience drawing and whooping away at the back, next was a festive burlesque performance from the international burlesque starlet Marianne Cheesecake that certainly got our jingle bells jingling, with the final model Vee dressed as elf in the WKD forest green raw silk Sophia Corset. 

Slinky Sparkles missed the show as she was off teaching burlesque, but the night was still young, so we all headed back to Slinky’s after for Mulled Wine, the perfect end to such a festive night.

Dr. Sketchy is being greedy this year and having another Christmas Special on the 22^nd December, starring our very own Slinky Sparkles this time, along with Dusty Limits and Beau Black... its going to be a night that’s certain to get us all on the naughty list!

Our Glamour corselette was featured twice in this month's FHM and I was so excited I missed a picture of our Frilly Knickers on Corrie's Michelle Keegan. Better late than never!

Sophie Ellis Bexter makes a perfect Snow White in this week's Look magazine. A slightly saucy Snow White at that as she wears our Maitresse Suspender Belt!
