What Katie Did In The Press
Pin up make over and photography experts The Hourglass have a one page feature in February's Scarlet magazine. The model wears our Lulu lingerie and long satin gloves which look fabulous on her. Nicole from The Hourglass has worked extremely hard over the last few years building up her business so it's great to see her recognised in print by a major magazine.

Meanwhile, I've been in the press in Intima France, a lingerie trade magazine. My limited schoolgirl French doesn't allow me to be able to read the whole feature, but as I know the story of What Katie Did it doesn't really matter! The product pictures are from our SS09 ranges and were taken by Tony Nylons at last year's Rhythm Riot where he set up a studio.

Last, but certainly not least, we have a cover boy this week! Wholesale manager Richard Thomas has made the cover of Street Gasser Magazine in the speedster he built.

What Katie Did in Fabulous and Drama magazine
Fabulous magazine have done a feature on Roxanne Pallet who is currently in Dancing on Ice (ex Emmerdale). Fabulous went for a burlesque them for the shoot and used our long black satin gloves and Pigalle bustle (available to order from our boutique).

On a rather artier note, Drama magazine have used our lingerie in their 'Wait until dark", "Marquis de sand" and "Aspirations to immortality" shoots in the current issue. Unfortunately they don't have page numbers so I can't direct you to the right pages, but there is some beautiful fashion photography if you've got the time.
What Katie Did in Look Magazine
This week Look magazine have done a rather stylish military inspired shoot, using our Striptease French Knickers and Harlow Bullet Bra.

What Katie Did in Custom Car Magazine
In a previous blog I posted about the Valley Gas Speed Shop's Chilli Night. There's a 2 page feature on it in this month's Custom Car magazine which includes pictures of Slinky Sparkles and Annette Betty who we persauded to brave the rain to perform.

New Gold Label 'Lily' Lingerie range
Some weeks are better than others. This week has been amazingly tough. The launch of our January sale saw 10 times the amount of orders we normally have for a Tuesday morning and although our little team has worked like troupers we still haven't managed to keep everyone happy. One UK customer had to wait 2 days for her order, instead of the normal 1 day, whilst another complained that our stock control system wasn't as good as Amazon's (we're working on the stock control system but I'm afraid on the first day of the sale orders might take an extra day to arrive). However upsetting, comments like these are useful. A couple of months ago someone commented on our product pictures saying that they wanted more detailed shots. We've taken their comments on board and in future, were possible, we'll be featuring more pictures. Which brings us on to Lily (which will have lots of product pictures!)
Lily is will be launched on Friday 16th January and is our first 'Gold Label' range. It uses limited edition lace, which in turn limits us to only manufacturing approximately 350 pieces. It is slightly more expensive than our standard lines (the bra retails at £44.50) but it is truly luxurious. The range, like always, is inspired by a vintage piece - in this case a late 1940s underwired bra I found in Portobello over 10 years ago. It wasn't until I put the old and new next to each other that I realised how close our lace was to the original.
It's also great to welcome back model Bernie Dexter who we feel we've slightly neglected over the last year. Welcome back Bernie!
