When you contact us you'll be talking to someone who is within grabbing distance of the item you're asking about, and has probably worn it themselves.
We have a wishlist that your partner can set up online, or you can simply ask her to come up with a dream list.
We know our best selling items, and the items that are easiest to fit, have the best reviews and the lowest returns rate so offer advice if you're stuck making a choice. We're confident that we'll be able to make Christmas Morning extra special!

Monday 21st December, noon, PST. Everything with the exception of our Hollywood Mules.
All of our lingerie, with the exception of our Hollywood Mules, is shipped USPS Priority.
Hollywood Mules: Tuesday 15th December, noon, PST. Unfortunately our Hollywood Mules do not fit in any USPS Priority box so are shipped Standard Post.
If the corset you want is not in stock, it generally takes 3-4 weeks for us to make it, plus shipping time. If you have left it really late, please place your order as normal, and email your order number, and date you require the corset, through to Sarah at firstname.lastname@example.org and we'll get our elves to work.
If you place your order after 15th November you can return it for a refund or an exchange, as long as we receive the items back by 15th January. There is a little leeway, but please contact us before 15th January if you cannot return the item by that date.
We'll enclose one of our exclusive Christmas Cards with each order we send. Gift wrap is available free of charge, just mention 'gift wrap' in the additional comments box of the order form, along with any message you would like us to put on the gift tag.
A gift receipt, with no pricing information, can be enclosed with your gift. Please mention 'gift receipt' on the additional comments box on the order form.
You can order Gift Certificates to be sent by email or post.
Email Gift Certificates: Email gift vouchers are not emailed as soon as you place your order, they still have to be manually processed, which means they're only sent during office hours. Email gift vouchers need to be ordered by noon on 23rd December to be sent before Christmas.
Postal Gift Certificates: Why not order a pair of Stockings to send alongside the gift certificate? That way the lucky recepient will still have a nice present to open on Christmas morning.
