* Shorter length waspie corset which gives you dramatic curves
* Less restrictive than a longer corset, our Baby corset is ideal for wearing on more active days
* Unless you have a short torso, you will have a gap between the top of your Baby Corset and your bra.
* Please deduct 4-5 inches/10-13 cm from your waist to determine your Baby corset size
* Satin with cotton twill lining and modesty panel
* Stainless steel busk opening with laced back, combination of 12 flat and spiral steel bones
Baby, is a little 7 inch deep waspie inspired by the corsetry worn under Christian Dior's Spring/Summer 1947 collection, which went down in fashion history as the 'New Look'. It was all about large busts, tiny waists and full hips, and his mannequins were all tightly laced into boned waist-nippers to achieve that incredibly dramatic silhouette.
Baby's clever cut allows the waist to be substantially reduced in a dramatic curved shape (unlike a wide cinching belt, which creates a straight middle section) resulting in a smooth line under clothing. It's designed to suit vintage body shapes (a waist 10" or more smaller than the hips), and is ideal for both beginners and serious waist trainers.
Baby's small size makes it incredibly comfortable and easy to wear on a day-to-day basis, with little restriction of movement. For corset newbies this allows you to get a dramatic look without training, while if if you are waist training it makes an ideal 'lazy' corset for when you've got a busy day and don't want to be too confined.
While Baby is a very easy corset to wear, it's not recommended for daily training as it doesn't provide support for the lower tummy area: feel free to wear it a few days a week, but be sure to equal out your training time with a longer corset.
Baby is most suited to slender figures, due to it's short length it can result in tummy and bra fat overflow (oh so glamorous - but better to be honest!) on larger figures. However, this can be virtually eliminated by wearing with a longline bra for a smooth line.
The sizes below are reduced waist sizes (ie, the corset size when it is closed). You will need to deduct 4-5 inches from your waist to determine your corset size. Please see our Sizing Notes for more information. Baby is kept in stock in black, but in the unlikely event of it showing as 'out of stock', the delay should only be a few days. Other colours are to order, please allow 3-4 weeks for delivery.
These corsets are designed to work hard and reduce your waist by up to 5 inches/13 cm. Please deduct 4 -5 inches/10-13 cm from your normal waist measurement to work out your corset size: a natural waist of 28 inches/70 cm will give a corset size of 24 inches/60 cm, whilst a natural waist size of 31 inches/79 cm will give a corset size of 26 inches/66 cm.

I have had this for almost 2 months and it is hands down the best thing I've purchased this year! I am very petite and have a short torso but the baby corset fits me perfectly - I can move around freely and comfortably. It is beautifully made and I thoroughly recommend investing in one!

This is fantastic!
Got my package after 2-3 days (Sweden) and I am truly in love with this corset.
It's perfect for my short torso and gives you great moveability. You can do your pedicure comfortably in this.

This is a lovely corset that gives you an amazing figure.
A word of caution though: I'd reccomend against getting one of these in a sheer fabric. The waist tape is exposed on the inside of the corset and the sheer fabric is a little looser, causing the waist tape to cut into your skin a little.

I love my baby corset! I finally have it broken in and it is so incredibly comfortable! I wore it to a wedding this past weekend and danced all night without any discomfort. I ordered a size 28" and I realize now I could have ordered a size down, but it looks good regardless! I am 5'2", so I have my torso is too short for most OTR corsets. This baby is perfect for my size and very versatile! I can actually drive my car while wearing it, haha! This was my second steel-boned corset and I am so happy I made the purchase. Every corset enthusiast should have one of these in their closet!

I ordered this as a custom corset in peach satin with ivory trim to go under my wedding dress. Although I haven't seen how it looks under the dress, the corset is amazing quality and very durable! The corset doesn't feel too restricting and it laces up easily! I'm very happy with my purchase!

My first teenie waspie! I love how much it defines the waist, it is incredible. It will take me a while to season it so that goring fits just right but so far it is exactly what was promised! I feel very New Look Dior while wearing it :).

This is easily the best corset I've ever bought, it fits like a glove and gives me Downtown Abbey hips! As a ruler shaped human being I am ever so grateful to WKD for making this corset. The packaging it comes in is rather lovely as well! INVEST IN THIS PIECE IT'S A STAPLE.

Correct me if I'm mistaken, but this isn't called the Baby corset due to its dinky size. When I wear mine, I say "ooh baby, look at that sharp and well-defined curve", "baby, how did I live before I found your gorgeously sleek yet structurally strong silhouette?", or "the secret of a teeny hourglass waist with freedom of movement and no restriction to ribs or hips will be mine forever, all thanks to you baby". And I can have this must-have in any number of colour combinations, huzzah!

I bought this corset just about a year ago, and I still love it. It is excellent quality and fits me perfectly. What I cherish most about this baby corset is that I find it easier to move in than in any other corset. It tights in my waist and leaves the rest of my torso free to move which makes it possible for me to wear it almost every day without feeling restricted in any way. I would therefore recommend the baby corset to anyone who wants the beautiful silhouette of a laced-in waist and the liberty to move as freely as possible.

I love this corset. Other underbust corsets I've tried were all too long/tall for me (I'm 5'0" and short-waisted) and/or poorly constructed. Not the Baby corset! It's perfect on me: not too long or tall; feels pretty comfy when I wear it; nice and sturdy--no wimpy bones or weak seams; and it gives me a great shape, whether I lightly cinch or tightly lace. Baby's small size will make it a good travel companion: it won't compete for space in my suitcase. I was surprised to find 6 loops on this corset meant to hold detachable garters. Pleasantly surprised, because while attached garters may be too short for taller women, on me they might work with the right length stockings--so I'll try that soon. Overall, I'm very happy with the Baby corset and I'll recommend it to other "vertically challenged" women.

The Baby corset is one of the most versatile and easy to wear items of clothing I have, let alone corsets! It seems to just fit every function and occasion. Whether I want a cinched waist for a costume, or if I'm feeling a bit too fat for a dress, it is really handy to have in my wardrobe. It really is like a big belt that you can wear over lots of clothes or under them to help nip in the waist, but is still really easy to wear and comfortable. I thoroughly recommend it whether you are new to corsets or have several, it's well worth investing in, trust me!
